How does it feel to have one of the most influential bass players, Peter Hook, guest programming rage this weekend?! Pretty damn good actually.

As a founding member of two of Britain’s most iconic groups, Joy Division and New Order, music videos for tracks like Love Will Tear Us Apart and A Perfect Kiss have countlessly been picked as an influence on post-punk, indie and electronic music artists who have previously graced the rage couch. Now we’re keen to know what’s influenced him over his 50 year career.

The Mancunian musician last hosted the show with New Order back in 2002 while they were in town for Big Day Out, and preparing to release their seventh album Get Ready. Almost 25 years later, Hooky took the time out of touring with his band Peter Hook & The Light to return to the rage studio.
