Not expecting to find anything abandoned I was walking my dogs along the fire trails at a beach near where I live recently and happily not thinking about anything expect whether I was getting too much sun and should I have put sunscreen on before I left to walk the puppies. Anyway, I'd passed a couple of tents off in the bushes behind the dunes and though that back packers were camping illegally again and went about my business but on my return I noticed that things weren't right at the camp and became very curious so I decided to get a bit closer to investigate. The trap over one of the tents had fallen down and the camp looked in disarray. Dead give away things weren't right so I yelled out and nothing and having explored abandoned places for a while now knew the signs that no one had been there for awhile. YAY! On goes the camera (as you do) and off I go to explore. I was genuinely surprised at how large the camp was and the amount of people that had set up there. But!
They all disappeared!!!!! POOOF! Gone! ....Left everything behind like they'd been zapped up by Aliens (slight exaggeration)but you get the idea. Why would they just disappear so suddenly without taking anything?? The big tent looked like they just stepped out for a minute and no camper just walks away from their belongings especially their clothes and their bongs LOL. I know the camp was abandoned, I explain the signs in the video so please be nice. I just thought I'd show you a different kind of explore. One I certainly wasn't expecting.
