Why hello there. Welcome to the abandoned Hopters located in Richmond, KY. Original this building was a Shoneys until closing in the 2000s and Hooters would open in its place. This Hooters location closed in 2024 due to underperformance and remained vacant ever since. Let’s go take a look.
