If you parry Brineybeard's bullets you can get higher up and deal more damage with the spread and still dodge the next bullet with a well timed Ex. Now that it's possible to 3-cycle him even with most of his shorter attack patterns, with the right RNG 42 seconds is within the realm of possibility.

Still not entirely satisfied with the run, I have a close to 30 seconds time save on Beppi due to getting a Glitch-less fight. Plus a few time losses sprinkled here and there. I honestly feel like there are enough optimizations and strategies at this point to make a Sub-30 run extremely plausible.
