Returning once again to the problem of weak and wobbly A-pillars, I find a solution by adding carbon fiber reinforcement braces. This video shows the process of creating the braces from a carbon fiber panel, laminated on the bench, then cut to fit with the water jet and laminated in place, to finally stiffen up the A-pillars to a satisfactory condition.
