In regards to the hate towards individuals who lost their jobs and are now collecting unemployment. My feelings towards this topic run so much deeper than what I saw on twitter, but it was a catalyst for this emotional scene. I saw a very hateful tweet and then saw many of my booktube mutuals like it. People I respect and look up to. This is hurtful in so many ways, but as someone who has always struggled with money, as stated in my video, it really is discouraging. This is also a very triggering time for me, especially my depression because it’s been a time very similar to the hardest point in my life. So please be kind to each other, you never know what people are going through. During that clip I tried to keep as much footage as possible, because even though it’s incredibly hard, raw and shows my major vulnerability, I feel like it’s important to not only hear what people are going through but also SEE what people are going through.
