This is one of those poetic, artistic kind of videos. I took a poem and lovely footage, and I even went and got more broll as I edited it. I felt inspired, putting it all together. It's awesome to get to live on Gotland, this beautiful old island.
And I got some wonderful pictures of some of the beauty of Gotland. The old stone walls, flowers peaking in front of farmhouses. I went for a walk in Burgsvik with my husband while we visited Farmor and Farfar and we had a lovely time just talking. We missed the Majbråsa thing because kids were sick so the Swede made a fire on the grill and we toasted bananas with chocolate inside.
I asked him to sing one of the classic Swedish songs and he obliged! I think this whole video is a poem beyond words and I'm quite pleased with it.

This video contains some whiplash- for whoever watches it all the way through. Its got some impressive lifting from me- an absolute ripped goddess of a person. Its got some heavy stuff about a horrible thing that happened at Almedalsveckan 4 years ago. Its got a robot birth. Life is messy and weird and this is a small exploration of a messy and weird day.
