Ink test day! Today’s ink is Scriveiner's Blue international short cartridges. Cartridges?! Yep, there are still many fountain pen users that prefer cartridges, but I rarely see the cartridge inks reviews, so let's change that. I’ll share its performance on several different papers, dry times, chromatography, water-fastness, and swatches.
