This was from a Sony 1/2" EIAJ tape I had purchased off eBay that was supposedly blank. For the full story on the tape and the VTR, please watch youtu.be/GKbL14b7zEg?t=1568
This appears to be a personal tape that belonged to Robert Leo Husleman, or his father Leo Hulseman.
The video tape was physically in good condition... Unfortunately, the recording itself was very poor most likely due to improper storage. The tracking was as good as I could get it, and the time base was really bad, which made this very hard to capture (you could hear the speed fluctuate as the capstan servos were trying to sync). Playing it on a normal CRT television though it looks far better than displayed here.
