Preacher Cake
3 cups ap flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 20oz can crushed Pineapple untrained
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
Assemble per video instructions and bake for 45 to 55 minutes in a 350° oven
Frosting
8oz cream cheese room temp
1 stick butter room temp
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Top with pecans and or toasted coconut
