Okay! Story time.
So Depression hit hard and I spent the last three days basically in my bed alternating between watching war documentaries and napping. With the occasional junk food binge. Now normally I talk on giving ground when dealing with depression as a way to avoid a major break and avoid doing something more permanent. So I tried to muster some Jedi discipline and make a video or three. Which of course only fueled my depressiont hat I wasn't getting any Jedi work done. Not writing, no videos, and that wasn't helping. So I gave ground. At the end of my three day weekend this video is all that I was able to accomplish. *shrugs* Even though it is not what I had planned or hoped for or intended I am posting it because it is something.
