I've always wanted to take Amtrak across country, and that's exactly what we did. Welcome aboard the Southwest Chief, as we travel through the American Southwest. We board our train in Kansas City and travel westbound towards Riverside, CA. We'll be staying in the rommette throughout our journey, and luckily we're siding on the west side where the views are absolutely stunning.
