In this video we take a look at a trio of oddball C64 power supplies. Two are aftermarket power supplies from back in the day and one is an unusual C64 power supply made by Commodore itself. We’ll first recap a few C64 power supplies I covered in my first YouTube video years ago and then we’ll dive in and take a look at the new group.
We’ll load test all three to see if they work and we’ll take them apart, if possible, to get an idea about how they were built. Are the vintage aftermarket C64 supplies better than the infamous ‘bricks of death’? Where did this odd C= supply come from? Join us and find out.
