Academy is a song about Dash going through the toughness and pain of being in the Wonderbolt Academy and pushing herself all the way to become the very best, like no one eve- whoops, wrong fandom.
But anyway, I wanted to capture that emotion in this part. The first two-thirds is basically showing the intensity of the training in the academy. Also Shapes. Then the last third showing how those experiences have affected Dash in her dreams of becoming a Wonderbolt.")

So when I first heard this part, I felt the same emotions when Dashie was trying to perform in the Best Young Flyer competition. Even with the absolute fabulousness of her competitor beaming down on her, she didnt go back Home and continued on.
She remembers all the events she had with her friends and seeing her friend Rarity falling from the sky, she pushed herself and performed her fabled sonic rainboom.
Didnt have any idea for the last few seconds so I just went for the lazy flying vectors and shapes that most peeps do. Im guilty of doing that too.
Also be prepared for a new PMV coming out pretty soon!")

This is my entry to the BronyCon PMV contest that got Best In Show! :D (omg)
Anyways, this PMV was my attempt at making a traditional PMV, and I think I nailed it, well, at least the contest judges think so :P. Of course, I cant help myself but add some motion graphics stuff at the end. Not because I wanted to, but mainly because I ran out of show footage that I need. But hey its a nice mashup!
This PMV wouldnt be possible without the talent of MathematicPony who wrote this lovely song. She has ridiculous amounts of musical talent I tell ya.
I also want to thank the judges of the PMV contest for this opportunity~
Not forgetting Jack DC 93, TheLightLeavesThee, TheAcleps and many others for being great inspirations.
This PMV, like the song, ties nicely with the season 5 finale. The Mane 6 were destined to meet, if not, Equestria couldve turned out completely different. Through all the adventures Twilight faced with her friends, she learned way more than she ever could. All that led up to them meeting up with Starlight, perhaps the final piece of this destiny. From here on, more adventure awaits the seven ponies.

A Rainbow Dash PMV Collab? WELL COUNT ME IN.
So I wanna do something a little different. I was heavily inspired by TheeLinkers part in All This Time (https://youtu.be/F_1PKVwGTUQ), so I decided to replicate it in some way.
This one involved a lot of expressions, and math, which thankfully Im *sorta* good at. And also trial and error, which Im not good at because Im impatient AF.
I wanted the particles in the background to change according to the beat, changing colour was *somewhat* easy but changing size individually wasnt, so I scrapped it :P But hey, changing colours still look nice.

Oh boy, its been a while since I did a PMV Collab. How have you guys been? XD
This collab has been in the works for over a year now, and it is finally complete!
You should go see the many talented people that were involved, they edit those shapes and vectors like with super butter-y animations. I cant even top that anymore. Oh how free and ambitious the mind of a new PMV editor. It makes me practically an old man now (oof).
Oh yeah MLP ended, I could go on and on about it tbh, but most of what I wanna say is said by everyone else by now. Its honestly the best ending the MLP crew could have given the show, and I applaud them for that.
Im definitely not stopping my MLP content! Coming up soon is my year-end tradition (wink), and an updated version of the MLP Summary video that will recap EVERYTHING on the show from season 1-9. Hope you guys stay tuned for that!

This PMV was the original idea I had for the BronyCon 2016 PMV Contest. I ended up going with Destiny because omg that song was just sooooo good. But I didnt want this idea to go to waste so here it is, after a year of being on hold and months of toying with new ideas.
