Today I hiked around one of the very last Camas areas! Liberty Hill in NW Oregon is surrounded by wildlife, wildflowers, wetland plants, invertebrates, reptiles, as well as being a historical place of significance to native Americans and pioneers! Trails still etched into the surrounds by wagon from around the 1800’s. The games flowers and roots were collected for cooking along with many of the other resources available on this land. A diverse ecosystem of so much loving things that has survived through time!
Please take the time to listen as there will be spectacular views as well as some great information heard! I spent time hiking with a group from my garden club. So no editing I was just hanging out taking it all in. And I took you all along with me!
