I had to go to Guangzhou to get a new passport and decided that while I was there I would try to check this place out for future reference. You would think finding the World's Largest anything should be easy BUT YOU'D BE WRONG. Getting there was an adventure.
I didn't bring my bike because getting my passport was my priority (and I almost didn't make it) and you can't bring bags into the Consulate. Also since I didn't know where the park was I was afraid I'd get lost (which I did) and I was quite tired by the time I made it to the park.
At over 16,000 square meters (172,000 square feet) it looks very interesting and I'll probably be back after I can plan out the logistics.
