Carl Bushby is nearing the end of a 27 year journey. Here, he tells his story to CBS, a story to inspire us all. He vowed when he began in Chile, to walk "home" to the UK without using any mechanical means of transportation, including boats. He bushed through the Darien Gap rainforest, he walked across deserts, he swam across the Bering Strait between Russia and Alaska. Now he is almost home and he'll be teaching science.
