Why do New Year's Resolutions Suck? A stupid walk for our stupid mental health.

It's January 2022, and that can only mean one thing - it's time to make some New Year's resolutions. We decide to go on one walk per week, for our mental health. It's a time for us to get some fresh air, get away from our screens, have some exercise - you know, people say it's good for you. Even though we know that our resolutions are good for us, it doesn't make it any easier.
