I had an ETSY gift card burning a hole in my pocket and a 10% off coupon so I picked up some new Rosa watercolors! The 10ml tubes of paint were $3.99 and the full pans were $1.99, which I thought was a fantastic deal! I used the coupon code COMEBACK4ART for an additional 10% off the order. The subtotal for the paint was $35.86 (not bad for 15 items), and the shipping was $24.85 (it was shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine) and $1.97 in sales tax. I ordered on August 8th and it was delivered on August 29th so I didn't face and customs duties (unless it was included in shipping.) I purchased from the seller Art4Ukraine, who had a huge selection of affordable open stock paints. The sets seem expensive, but they have "free shipping," so it's probably because they factor the shipping into the price. I chose the colors I did because I had a dot card I could pick from. These colors I picked were not in the sets I have purchased in the past, and I am very happy with what I got, and I think the value was good, even when you factor in the shipping.
