A bonus for the folks reading the textbox: I have been drinking my herbal teas with just one or two ingredients to better get to know the herbs. That's been a very moving practice. Also, I did a lot of work with camouflage fluorite and I think it might be my new favorite stone? Very strong energy for aligning your shadow and higher selves.
