A Silent Voice was the right movie at the wrong time. Released in the shadow of one of the biggest animated movies of our generation, it could have easily lingered there and faded into obscurity. It's a testament to the power of A Silent Voice that, two years later, it's such a beloved and celebrated movie. In this video I take a look at the tremendous highs and heartbreaking lows of a film that says so much with silence.
