We’re almost halfway through the year, so it’s time to update our 2024 housing market predictions. Back in 2023, Dave Meyer, VP of Market Intelligence at BiggerPockets, made his 2024 housing market forecast on mortgage rates, home prices, inventory, supply, and more. Did things turn out as he thought? Kind of…So, this time, he’s giving us an update on his predictions for the end of the year based on TODAY’s current data.
