I attempt to speed run a house track using a real Roland TR-909 and my Octatrack! It came out way better than expected! I also set up ascent and return for the Echolocator by Erica Synths! The 909 nowadays is way too expensive and I would never consider buying one, but they do sound great and I think what really is special about it is that it makes you into a workflow that is fast with enough parameters to keep it interesting... barely...
