Amy's Kitchen has opened their first vegetarian fast food restaurant. They're not completely vegan but will have lots of vegan options, they're anti gmo, and the whole restaurant is built and furnished with an eye to sustainability. This is a very welcome development in the otherwise clueless world of popular fast food chains.
