She was happy when she came here but didn't know what to face. She started to feel like this place meant something to her. For her, the journey was more important than the result. This trip taught her a lot of things. It helped her learn more about herself and build good, healthy relationships. This trip was like heaven to her, and she loved every minute. She is very glad that she joined Sattva Yoga Academy because it helped her stop living in her mind and start living from her heart with a strong back. She has been to many places and done many things. She said, though, that this time was very different. She said that hard work and hard times create you. In other words, her time at Sattva Yoga Academy has greatly blessed her.
