She felt some positivity here and then joined the Yoga classes at Sattva Yoga Academy. And then She found everything back at sattva yoga academy - her trust, acceptance and motivation, inner power, and inner beauty. She is very grateful for this experience at Sattva Yoga Academy. She got inner strength and power at this academy. She said Sattva Yoga academy is a beautiful place to come and share the transient and find happiness. She is opening her heart and feelings with us openly. Her Life changed at Sattva Yoga Academy. She is giving the message in this video - we should stay strong in our ups and down situations.
