The owner of the house has a giant soft spot in his heart for cars and motorbikes. Collecting automobiles is the one thing - storage is another. Therefore the owner demolished the existing house so that the entire footprint of the site could be used as a garage.
Additionally the five bedroom family home takes full advantage of the Atlantic seaboard views whilst providing privacy from neighbouring stands.
Due to it’s north-facing plot, the residence is in a prime location for sunlight from dawn till dusk. A giant bonsai tree catches natural light and washes it into the charcoal and timber themed kitchen.
More natural light floods into the living area through large sliding doors which seemingness connect the indoor area with the courtyard.
