In this virtual poster presentation, Eric Toombs discusses how the new Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet simplifies cell separation when processing large-volume samples, such as leukopaks. In the study, negative and positive selection protocols were optimized to enable separation of various immune cell types from leukopaks in as little as 20 minutes.

Eric Toombs is a Senior Research Technologist at STEMCELL Technologies. This poster was first presented at the American Association of Immunologists’ (AAI) 2021 annual meeting.
