You know the saying: Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.

Well, honestly, I’ve had the privilege of doing what I love for the past 10 years. Incredible opportunities, projects and jobs have come my way. On several occasions I’ve had to pinch myself, do reality checks and, even now, I still look back at moments I can’t believe I can consider them ‘my job’.

And while the quote is mostly true, with a passion that turns into a career, there’s suddenly this new balancing act I never thought existed:
The need to constantly try to keep doing what you love, all while not forgetting why you love it in the first place.

Let this be a reminder to myself… anyone… to not forget why we love what we do.
