Tamuke ("Offering") is a traditional honkyoku piece from the classical repertoire of the shakuhachi — the Japanese bamboo flute. Traditionally performed as a spiritual dedication, Tamuke carries a deeply meditative and solemn character.
In this live concert, Rodrigo Rodríguez delivers a sensitive and introspective interpretation, capturing the contemplative essence of Zen music and honoring the rich heritage of this ancient instrument.
