The fleet combat in Stellaris hasn't had serious rnr since the 2.0 Apocalypse update. So with the upcoming 3.6 Orion update, we'll see a brand new rebalance of all fleet combat. Including the introduction of a brand new type of ship; The Bomber Corvette.
