What if Russia kept doing what Peter the Great had set up for it? What if it kept modernising, and the rulers refused to give in to what the Nobles wanted?
My 3rd AU! A lot has changed with this one. From a CHs perspective- Peter (RE 1, who originally only ruled for the reign of Peter the Great) never had a brother. He is the one and only Russian Empire. The USSR is never formed. And you can imagine how much that snowballs. More will be revealed in future videos! This is just an intro :]
