On Sunday January 27 2019, Jack Gibbons will make a return visit in benefit of the Randolph County Humane Society, at the Davis Memorial Church, Elkins, West Virginia, USA. The program will include music inspired by animals of all shapes and sizes including composers' own pets, from Mozart's starling to Gershwin's wire-haired terrier, with music along the way by Bach, Chopin, Schumann, Alkan, Saint-Saëns, Rimsky-Korsakov and Gibbons, plus Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf (with narration).
