In this video, I'm sharing a different perspective on what it means to be successful—not from the usual lenses of Buddhism or psychology, but from my own personal experience. To me, true success means being healthy both internally and externally, and over the years, I've discovered several key conditions that have helped me and others achieve this balance.

Here are the 9 factors I believe are essential for success:

1. Meditation – Cultivate inner peace and clarity by practicing mindfulness regularly.
2. Take Time to Turn Off – Create moments to disconnect from the noise and recharge.
3. Make Resolutions – Make daily prayers and wishes.
4. Practice Generosity – Give freely and openly, without expecting anything in return.
5. Reflect – Regularly take time to look inward and assess your thoughts, actions, and growth.
6. Stay Close to Teachers & Mentors – Surround yourself with those who inspire and guide you.
7. Give Without Conditions – Offer your help and kindness without strings attached.
8. Make Time to Improve Yourself – Continuously seek growth and learning in all aspects of life.
9. Keep Your Environment Clean – Maintain a clean, organized space around you to support mental clarity.

I hope these tips inspire you on your journey to success. I'd love to hear which of these resonates most with you or what you’ve found to be helpful in your own experience. Leave a comment below and let's share our paths to success! I hope this is helpful. Enjoy! #monks #buddhism #mentalhealth
