Join us in celebrating hope and the power it has to make a difference in the lives of children facing critical illness. Oftentimes when a child is diagnosed with a critical illness their life is consumed by hospital stays, treatments, and sickness. But at Give Kids The World their pain and worry is replaced by happiness and hope.
You see, at this magical storybook Village we create a week where children can just be kids. They leave behind their illness for one week of exploration and imagination. From six-foot-tall bunny rabbit friends to magical star fairies, they’re immersed in a world where anything is possible, and they are the center of the world.
Where the world has told them “no” due to the limitations of their illness, we tell them “yes”. They eat ice cream for breakfast, play on a boundless playground, soar on accessible rides, and feel the hope that happiness creates.
In the magic of “yes” we create hope and it wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of you. We’re inviting you to experience a moment of hope with us as we celebrate one of our premier events that helps make moments of hope at Give Kids The World possible. And while this isn’t our traditional Gala, we hope you’ll feel the magic all the same, and maybe consider donating to help give hope to future wishes.
