I made a molecule of ATP made using two boxes of μsnatoms, the molecular modelling tool made by Veritasium: www.snatoms.com

Unfortunately, the phosphate atoms only have three bonding surfaces, so its missing 3 oxygens, and the bonding in the adenine ring isn't perfect. But I think its a great tool and very fun to play with. The magnetic bonds make chemistry super intuitive.
