Akiane has never had an art lesson. She has always shared that her visions and abilities are God given and come from her personal relationship with God.
Akiane Kramarik began drawing when she was only 4 and began painting when she was only 6. She told her mother that her drawings were inspired by God and her visions of a special place. The place was called Heaven and what is most ironic is that both of her parents, at the time, were atheists and neither God nor Heaven had been discussed with her before!
She paints with the goal of giving hope and inspiration to others, hoping that through her painting they will find love for God.
She devotes the scores of hours she puts into each painting as her gift to God and contributes money to charities from each piece of art that she sells.
When one sees the eyes of Jesus in her paintings -- it really is as though we get a glimpse of our Glorious Lord.
