A short improvisation on a twelve-bar chord progression taken from a mystery source — can you figure out what it is? All you need to do is learn the left hand chords and then improvise on any white note of the piano keyboard in the right. If you're unsure how to get started, check out my jazz piano for beginners playlist (check my channel page), or else just limit yourself to a few right-hand notes to begin with and work through the progression slowly. The secret of success if you're a piano improvisation beginner is to really memorise the left hand so you don't have to think about it!
