When it comes to sticking with a language learning habit, less really is more. Learn how you can avoid getting bogged down with all the different programs and courses...and focus on one or two. Write all the other interesting programs down in a notebook (please tell me you have a notebook!) but wait until you've developed a habit to start adding them in.

This video is an extract from a coaching class in the Fluent in 3 Months Challenge. The Challenge is our flagship program where we teach students how to have a 15-minute conversation in a new language after just 90-days.

You can register for the Fluent in 3 Months Challenge and have a 15-minute conversation in just 90 days here: fluentin3months.com/challenge

Who is in this video? Elizabeth Bruckner is a content creator for Fluent in 3 Months, the world's most popular blog on language learning. Elizabeth is a coach in the Fluent in 3 Months Challenge, and a co-host of the Language Hacking podcast.
