The leading French pianist Francois-Frederic Guy was due to perform as part of Kings Place's Beethoven 250 series in March 2020. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the concert sadly could not go ahead. He recorded this movement from Beethoven’s ‘Pastoral’ Sonata in his Paris studio by way of a greeting to the Kings Place audience.
