How do spirit guides help you?
Spirit guides can only help when we are willing to receive their support. Through our free will, we have the choice to invite in guidance, signs, wisdom, and help from a power greater than ourselves.
That support doesn't always arrive in the way we expect.
Sometimes it comes through a friend, a stranger, a therapist, a loved one, or what I like to call an earth angel. The key is remembering that you're not alone. Even in your darkest moments, support is available to you.
And if you're struggling right now, here's what I want you to remember: you may be down and out, but you are not done.
