Serial entrepreneur and restauranteur Chef Greg Hardesty gives a behind the scenes a tour of his newest restaurant, Recess. His third creation would become not only a great success of a restaurant but also, and perhaps more importantly for the entire City of Indianapolis, as one of the first anchors of revitalization for the SoBro area.
