I made a few mistakes saying things I normally read. I love David Chariandry but I said both his last name and his book title wrong and also mispronounced Saajid's name. I am really sorry.

I also worded my explanation weird. I've followed Saajid, I think literally since I started my channel in 2017 and his channel and instragram are great! But I was referring specifically to his video on being Indo-Caribbean and the history of South Asians being shipped to Trindad, Suriname and Guyana to work as indentured servants. In the second half, he talked about books by and featuring Indo Caribbean and it reminded me of David Chariandry and how he talked about his experience of being Indo-Caribbean and Black in I've Been Meaning To Tell a memoir/essay collection written as an open letter to his daughter and how I keep meaning to read Shani Mootoo but haven't. So when three days after watching Saajid's video I came across Cerebrus Blooms At Night at a thrift store. it was really timely and cool. I've probably done the thing where I overexplained the story. But it was a cool story with a video I loved so I kept it.
