This week, I’m reflecting on how much can change in a year. A year ago, I broke my ankle, and it threw my whole routine off for a long time. It’s crazy how life keeps moving, and you just have to find your own "mountain to climb" to keep going. Winter can be tough—cold, dark, and not much to do outside—but if we can just make it to April, it gets a little easier. I missed doing these laid-back Friday videos, so let’s catch up.
