The Nintendo consoles were once upon a time the go to consoles to play wrestling games. Once WCW World Tour launched in 1996, the rest was history. As the years went on, the Nintendo wrestling games became iconic and beloved by not just Wrestling fans, but gamers as well. What was always so intriguing was, even though developers changed, engines changed and even the consoles themselves. The WWE Nintendo games always kept their identity and stayed true to their roots. They were never ports or copies of the PlayStation Smackdown games, they were truly Nintendo Wrestling Games. in 2005, the last Nintendo Wrestling game was released, Day of Reckoning 2. It was truly an end of an era. Lets go and take A Look Back at WWE Day of Reckoning 2 for the Nintendo GameCube.
