Hello Art-family!
The kind folks at Arrtx sent me a box of their 126 colored pencils. My daughter and I spent a fun afternoon giving them a test run and had a great time. Hope you enjoy the video. I know most of my videos are specifically about painting but if you like this kind of video, let me know in the comments and I can try to do more with different kinds of media other than watercolor and gouache.

Hello Art-family!
I recently hand painted a series of covers for the comic series Usagi Yojimbo by Stan Sakai. They recently announced a release date for the story Usagi Yojimbo: Ice and Snow and I thought it would be fun to do a live session where I paint one of the covers that Mr. Sakai didnt end up using.
Through the demo I will talk about working with Mr. Sakai, steps and processes, composition, color, mixing, atmosphere and drawing. Hope youll tune in!

Hey Art-family,
This is just a quick video showing my recently designed and built watercolor box. Its made of Nickel Silver and Common Brass. Its a spin on the box that James Fletcher Watson uses in his film, Magic of Watercolor which has taught me so much of what I know about watercolor. I figured I could carry a piece of my hero with me and also make something that I can someday pass to my children. Thanks, as always, for watching. See you in the next video.

I am NOT a professional- but there are pros who make these boxes. I dont make them for sale because its too time consuming and Id have to quit painting. Also- I have limited tools and dont really know what Im doing haha.
