Christians affirm that Jesus fulfilled many messianic prophecies in His first coming. But what about the prophecies in the Old Testament that have not yet been fulfilled? While the Old Testament does not explicitly say there will be a “first coming” and a “second coming,” there do seem to be passages that point to events still awaiting fulfillment in the future.
What might those passages be, and what—if anything—do they have to do with current world events?
