I rescued this 6 years old dog from an irresponsible owner who have not taken good care of him. Toto was feed with inferior food and tied under the sun. The owner is ready to give him away. He was having serious skin issues, shedding heavily and fleas and ticks were all over him. I have no choice but to bring him to a groomer to have his furs all shaved. My heart was crying realizing how skinny he was after the shave.
I immediately put him on Canine Caviar Special Needs as I have been feeding my furkids with Canine Caviar Chicken and Lamb and is impressed with the food quality. After 90 days on Canine Caviar, I can already see the difference on him. His furs have fully grown and he no longer shedding .Hotspots and Blisters are gone . He is eating very well and he gained significant weight that makes him look so much better. I am now switching his food to Canine Caviar Lamb and Pearl Millet since I see his skin problems are gone and with the switch, i hope he can gain more weight. I wanted to take this opportunity to share this experience of mine , hoping to alert all pet owners out there about the importance of good and quality food to our pets. Keep in mind that we are responsible for their wellness from the day we choose the keep them as a pet.
