This innocent child belongs in school or a playground wearing clean clothes and eating healthy foods, not in the dumpster. Even though communist China proudly claimed they've successfully lifted their poverty and that now everyone has a house, car, and a job, and 3 meals a day, plus women are now as free and equal as men, SMH. You know there's a special place in Hell for the ones responsible for making a child have to live like this.
