Sekure D is one of the world's top sneaker customizers. He started customizing sneakers when he realized that so-called limited edition sneakers weren't so limited. In order to have sneakers that absolutely no one else had, he created truly limited edition sneakers himself by acetoning off-the-shelf sneaks and painting on his own designs.
His first custom was a pair of Nikes that featured Hartigan from Frank Miller's Sin City. He posted photos online and the rest is history.
He now has a full-time workload of custom sneaker commission work. His process ensures that all customs are completely wearable in all normal situations and that his paint will not flake off the sneaker during wear.
Sekure D has also found himself customizing vinyl toys. He started including custom designer toys with his sneakers. His toy designs became so popular, though, that he has become a big name in the toy customizing scene as well as the sneaker scene.
